Jeff&gt; I&#039;ve just build 1.9 rev 14746 with VS 2008 beta 2 on Windows Vista.

I&#039;ve used exactly the same steps and it worked as announced in the article.

note: I skipped installing Platform SDK and didn&#039;t try to make VS solution for it.</description>
